TCF Golf Course Booking Cancellation Policy

Please Read our Booking Alterations, Cancellations, Discrepancies Payment Conditions and Refund Policy

BOOKING ALTERATIONS:

We understand at times minor variation may be required to your itinerary after confirmed bookings and PayPal payments have been confirmed.

Based on your requirements of variations to the originally agreed and confirmed TCF booking, we will work with you diligently to meet your changing requests where possible.

If unable to meet your variation request due to restrictions based on the timelines and conditions, you will have the option to cancel all or part of your group booking.

This cancellation outcome by you will be predicated by the conditions outlined in the section below; Booking Cancellations.   

BOOKING CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS

Cancellations are effective on the date the notice is received via email from you to TCF processed during our regular business hours from Monday through to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

If you cancel your TCF golf course booking package 14 days out or greater prior to your scheduled golf course tee time date, you will receive your refund, minus handing and institutional fees charges.

If you cancel less than 14 days out from your scheduled golf course tee time date, you will incur a 50% penalty of your refund minus handing and institutional fees charges.

If you cancel 24 hours out or less prior to your scheduled golf course tee time date, it will incur a 100% penalty of your refund.

If you fail to attend the scheduled tee time without notifying TCF, you will deem to be a “No-Show” and forfeit your full 100% penalty with no refund for your golf course booking package.

Your golf course booking will be considered to be an interim TCF booking (held for 48 hours) until TCF received your official email confirmation that you have agreed to the golf course dates and tee times and financial booking package quote emailed to you and your associated payment is received.

TCF handling and service fees, bank charges and any penalty fees may apply if deemed appropriate by TC Management.

BOOKING DISCREPANCIES:

Should a discrepancy be identified between your requested golf course dates and tee times, TCF will review such discrepancies and work with you to rectify the issue to meet your needs.

Should the information you provided in the TCF Golf Course Booking Request Form be incorrect and not what was desired, we will work with you to resolve the situation on hand and adjust the booking accordingly.

If the timeline or conditions inhibit rectifying the discrepancy, TCF will offer alternatives, or you may cancel all or part of your booking contingent on the “Booking Cancellation” conditions.  

GOLF COURSE CONDITIONS:

DRESS CODE:  Appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn at all times both on the golf course and in the clubhouse.

BEHAVIOR ON COURSE/GOLF ETIQUETTE: Suitable golfing etiquette should be observed at all times whilst in or on the golf course premises.

DAMAGE: You are responsible for any damages or loss caused by you or any member of your group whilst in or on the golf course premises.

TCF cannot be held responsible for you or any member of your group being denied access to a golf course or removed from golf course play in the event that the course management decides that you are transgressed.

TCF accepts no responsibility if you or your group’s transgressions for any of the above, and no refunds will be issued under these conditions.

EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS: Inclement weather is a frequent seasonal event in Thailand and as such golf courses may be unplayable prior to your arrival or during play.

Each golf course management sets its own adverse weather policy for rain checks and golf course closures.

All decisions for partial or full refunds are assessed and are at the discretion of each golf course management.

If play has started and the golf course management declares the golf course unplayable or too dangerous to continue; you can request a rain check voucher to be used at your next round of golf for you or your group.

If play cannot start you can request the golf course give you a voucher confirming that they will not charge TCF for the round of golf booked and when confirmed with the golf course management we will process your refund?

TCF cannot be held responsible for any inclement weather that impacts your round of golf.

Acts of God and Black Swan events; under these extreme events TCF will consider the category and timing of such events and where feasible and ethically will work with you to ensure a fair and equable outcome of refunding a full or partial component of your booking payment.

TEE TIMES:

Please ensure all members of your group are at the golf course’s starter’s area 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tee time.

If you are late for your tee time, it may be rescheduled or forfeited if conditions prevail that do not permit rescheduling.

If organizing transport through TCF, we will endeavor to ensure you arrive at the golf course in ample time to meet your scheduled tee time.

If due to unforeseen circumstances you miss your scheduled tee time through TCF organized transport, incurring abnormal traffic or weather conditions or mechanical breakdown exceptions, TCF will endeavor to assist you in ensuring we work with golf course management to adjust your tee time accordingly.

If you miss your scheduled tee time due to delays in you or your group not being ready at the scheduled transport pickup point designated time TCF will not be held responsible for you missing your scheduled tee time.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Payments are made via direct bank-to-bank transfers to TCF’s account at SCB Bank, Thailand

TCF SCB bank account payment details will be provided in the email to the customer containing full TCF quotation pricing for the customer’s golf course booking and transport requests.

For customer, golf course and transport booking confirmation, TCF require payments as follows:

For customer booking greater than 14 days out from date of email confirmation receipt to the TCF Admin; customer deposit of 50% of the quoted financial package price is required at date of customer email confirmation. The additional 50% of the outstanding financial package payment is required 14 days prior to golf course booking date.

For customer booking dates less than 14 days from date of email confirmation receipt to TCF Admin, customer payment of the full quoted financial package price is required at date of email confirmation.

Unfortunately, any booking requested less than 48 hrs Asia / Bangkok GMT +7 time can not be processed by TCF due to time required to liaise with golf courses and / or transport originations to acquire quotation pricing and pass it back to customers.
