TCF Golf Thailand – Booking Cancellation Policy

BOOKING ALTERATIONS:
We understand at times minor variation may be required to your itinerary after confirmed bookings and payments have been confirmed.
Based on your requirements of variations to the originally agreed and confirmed TCF Golf Thailand booking, we will work with you diligently to meet your changing requests where possible.
If unable to meet your variation request due to restrictions based on the timelines and conditions, you will have the option to cancel all or part of your group booking.
This cancellation outcome by you will be predicated by the conditions outlined in the section below; Booking Cancellations.
BOOKING CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS
Please be aware that the following cancellation and refund information is C & M Golf Co. Ltd, (TCF Golf Thailand) standard policies.
Please note that as we partner with multiple golf courses, they all have their own unique T & C and policies that C & M Golf Co. Ltd, (TCF Golf Thailand) are contractually bound by.
To this extent, there may be situations where individual golf course policies can supersede C & M Golf Co. Ltd, (TCF Golf Thailand) T & C standard polices
Potential booking cancellations are effective on the date the notice is received via email from the customer to TCF Golf Thailand.
Cancellations will be reviewed during our regular business hours from Monday through to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (GMT/UTC: +07:00 hours).
If you cancel your TCF Golf Thailand golf course booking package 7 days out or greater prior to your scheduled golf course tee time date, any refund you receive will be minus handing and institutional fees charges.
If you cancel less than 7 days out from your scheduled golf course tee time date, your refund will incur a penalty charge in addition minus handing and institutional fees charges.
If, you fail to attend the scheduled tee time without notifying TCF Golf Thailand, you are deemed to be a “No-Show” and forfeit your full 100% penalty with no refund for your golf course booking package.
Your golf course booking will be considered to be an interim TCF Golf Thailand booking (held for 48 hours) until TCF receives your official email confirmation that you have agreed to the golf course dates and tee times and financial booking package per the emailed quote to you and your associated payment is received.
TCF Golf Thailand pass your 10% deposit onto the golf course to secure your agreed tee times.
TCF Golf Thailand handling and service fees, bank charges and any penalty fees may apply if deemed appropriate by TCF Golf Thailand Management.
Please note, any booking cancel refunds are at the discretion of C & M Golf Co. Ltd, (TCF Golf Thailand) based on the individual circumstances.
BOOKING DISCREPANCIES:
Should a discrepancy be identified between your requested golf course dates and tee times, TCF Golf Thailand will review such discrepancies and work with you to endeavor to rectify the issue to meet your needs.
Should the information you provided in the TCF Golf Thailand Golf Course Booking Request Form be incorrect and not what was desired, we will work with you to resolve the situation on hand and endeavor to adjust the booking accordingly.
If the timeline or conditions inhibit rectifying the discrepancy, TCF Golf Thailand will offer alternatives, or you may cancel all or part of your booking contingent on the “Booking Cancellation” conditions.
GOLF COURSE CONDITIONS:
DRESS CODE: Appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn at all times both on the golf course and in the clubhouse.
BEHAVIOR ON COURSE/GOLF ETIQUETTE: Suitable golfing etiquette should be observed at all times whilst in or on the golf course premises.
DAMAGE: You are responsible for any damages or loss caused by you or any member of your group whilst in or on the golf course premises.
Note: Thailand golf course are somewhat different to most countries golf course damages policies, they accept no liability or responsibilities for damaged caused by golfers. There are very competitive golfing insurance packages that can provide cover for golfers involved in damage on Thailand golf courses.
These golfers insurance polices cost a small amount and will keep you from possible significant out-of-pocket expenses. Search Google “golfing insurance in Thailand” for golfer’s insurance providers.
TCF Golf Thailand cannot be held responsible for you or any member of your group being denied access to a golf course or removed from golf course play in the event that the course management decides that you are transgressed.
TCF Golf Thailand accepts no responsibility if you or your group’s transgressions for any of the above, and no refunds will be issued under these conditions.
EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS: Inclement weather is a frequent seasonal event in Thailand and as such golf courses may be unplayable prior to your arrival or during play.
Each golf course management sets its own adverse weather policy for rain checks and golf course closures.
All decisions for partial or full refunds are assessed and are at the discretion of each golf course management and TCF Golf Thailand.
If play has started and the golf course management declares the golf course unplayable or too dangerous to continue; you can request a rain check voucher to be used at your next round of golf for you or your group.
If play cannot start, you can request the golf course provide you with a refund voucher confirming that they will not charge TCF Golf Thailand for the round of golf booked, and when confirmed with the golf course management we will commence processing your refund voucher?
TCF Golf Thailand cannot be held responsible for any inclement weather that impacts your round of golf.
Acts of God, Black Swan events and Force Majeure events ; under these extreme events TCF Golf Thailand will consider the category and timing of such events and where feasible and ethically TCF will work with you to ensure a fair and equable outcome of refunding a full or partial component of your booking payment.
TEE TIMES:
Please ensure all members of your group are at the golf course’s starter’s area 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tee time.
If you are late for your tee time, it may be rescheduled or forfeited if conditions prevail that do not permit rescheduling.
If organizing transport through TCF, Golf Thailand we will endeavor to ensure you arrive at the golf course in ample time to meet your scheduled tee time.
If due to unforeseen circumstances you miss your scheduled tee time through TCF Golf Thailand organized transport, incurring abnormal traffic or weather conditions or mechanical breakdown exceptions, TCF will endeavor to assist you in ensuring we work with golf course management to adjust your tee time accordingly.
If you miss your scheduled tee time due to delays in you or your group not being ready at the scheduled transport pickup point designated time, TCF Golf Thailand will not be held responsible for you missing your scheduled tee time.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payments are made via direct bank-to-bank transfers to TCF Golf Thailand account at SCB Bank, Thailand
TCF Golf Thailand SCB bank account payment details will be provided in the email to the customer containing full TCF Golf Thailand quotation pricing for the customer’s golf course booking and transport requests.
For customer, golf course and / or transport booking confirmation, TCF Golf Thailand require payments as follows:
Bookings Confirmed 7 Days or Less in Advance
- For any booking with an event date within 7 days of confirmation.
- 100% of the total quoted amount is due immediately.
- Payment must be made at the time of quotation acceptance
Bookings Confirmed More Than 7 Days in Advance
- A 10% deposit is due upon acceptance of the quotation.
- The remaining 90% balance is due 7 days before the golf event.
Customer payment deposits of 10% are passed onto the golf course to secure tee times.
Unfortunately, any golf course booking requested less than 48 hrs Asia / Bangkok GMT +7 time can not be processed by TCF Golf Thailand due to time required to liaise with golf courses and / or transport originations to acquire quotation pricing and pass it back to customers.
