  • We aim to make it as simple as possible for you to control what information is shared publicly (or kept private), indexed by search engines, and permanently deleted.
  • We aim for full transparency on how we gather, use, and share your personal information.

Below is our Privacy Policy, which incorporates and clarifies these principles.

Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Our mission is to help you find your perfect caddie by allowing caddies to self-publish their skill profiles on this websites along with their availability from their Google Calendar.

Throughout this Privacy Policy, we’ll refer to our website (https://tcf.golf), mobile applications, and other products and services collectively as “Services.” These services are owned and operated by C & M Golf Company Limited, please review the section at on Owner and Data Controller to learn more about us and how to contact us.

Please note that this Privacy Policy only applies to the way we collect, use, and share information about you, along with the choices that you have with respect to that information.

Information You Provide to Us

This Website, like almost every other sites collects user data, some that may be regarded as personal or even private. The amount and type of information depends on how you use our services, and the context of how they are supplied and how we use the information. Here are some examples:

  • Contact Form Information: We ask for basic information from you in order to contact you, such as your name, email address, phone number and contact time and method. We may also ask you if you agree to either join a subscription mailing list or are willing to have your information shared with 3rd parties for promotional purposes and partner discounts. The default is that we will not share any data or add you to any email list unless you Opt In.
  • Subscriber Account Information: We ask for basic information from you in order to set up your account. For example, we require individuals who sign up for a tcf.golf account to either use a social login method such as “Login with Google” or provide an email address along with a username or name, depending on the service–and that’s it. You may provide us with more information — like your address and other information you want to share — but we don’t require that information to create a subscriber account.
  • Client Profile Information: You can make a reservation with or without an account. In both cases we will request only enough information for you to make the reservation, and pay for the service. We retain the information entered on the booking form indefinitely for legal and security reasons, and share some of the information to the Google calendar service via the Google Calendar API. You can view the Google Privacy Policy here.
  • Caddie Profile Information: If you register as a Caddie we will ask you during the registration process to provide both private details for our business relationship, which is kept private between you and C & M Golf as well as your public profile information which will be displayed by clients searching the site and indexed by search engines. The signup forms are very clear on this process, so you do not unintentionally publish private information. We also request full access to your own Google calendar, as well as shared calendars, so we can display only your available time at your golf course. The only information displayed to clients will be your chosen availability slots for your golf course and calendar, but you can add other calendars purely for the purpose of us removing this publicly displayed availability where you have a conflicting schedule.
    • The registration process will ask you to allow tcf.golf to Create, change or delete calendars; Change your settings, including who can see your events; Update individual calendar events; Change who the calendar is shared with
    • After which you can select which Google calendar tcf.golf will use to determine your availability or otherwise and accept bookings.
